    Most people who walk through our doors have never trained before.

    • Start with a Fundamentals or All Levels class

    • Arrive 10-15 minutes early

    • We’ll guide you through the rest

    What to wear:

    Wear a T-shirt or Rashguard and shorts with no zips - That’s all you need to start.

  • Fundamentals classes focus on the core movements, positions, and techniques of Jiu Jitsu.

    Perfect if you’re new, but also great for anyone looking to refine the basics.

  • Technique-focused classes for everyone, from beginners to advanced students.

    Work on positions, movements, and rolling at your own pace.

    • Scalable for all experience levels

    When: Monday-Friday 11:00am & Monday-Wednesday 6:00pm

  • Junior Kids (Ages 4-10)

    Fun, movement based classes where kids build confidence, coordination, and foundational Jiu Jitsu skills.

    When: Tuesday & Thursday 5:15pm

    Senior Kids (Ages 11-14)

    More advanced, structured classes that refine technique, teach problem-solving, and controlled sparring in a support environment.

    When: Monday & Wednesday 5:15pm

    Classes are grouped by age and experience for safety, confidence, and skill development.

  • Unstructured training time — drill, roll, or focus on areas you want to improve.

    • All levels welcome

    • Practice techniques learned in class

    • Build confidence in rolling
