Membership Terms & Conditions

At Northsouth Jiu Jitsu, we keep memberships simple and flexible. Please read the following terms before joining.

1. Memberships & Payments

• All memberships are paid by weekly direct debit.

• Memberships are ongoing, with no lock-in contracts.

• Weekly payments continue regardless of attendance.

2. Missed Classes & Make-Up Classes

• If you miss a class, weekly membership payments still apply.

• Members can arrange a make-up class in another suitable session, subject to availability.

• Make-up classes must be arranged with the Northsouth team.

• Missed classes are not refundable or credited.

3. Membership Cancellations

• A minimum of 2 weeks' written notice is required to cancel a membership.

• Payments will continue during the 2-week notice period.

• Members are welcome to continue training during this time.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Northsouth Jiu Jitsu.

4. Kids Memberships – Rejoining

• If a child's membership is cancelled and they wish to rejoin later, a new sign-up fee will apply.

• Memberships are not automatically paused during school holidays, Christmas breaks or other periods of absence.

• If your child intends to return after a break, keeping their membership active will avoid paying the sign-up fee again.

5. Keeping Your Details Up to Date

Please ensure your contact and payment details are kept up to date. Let our team know if any of your details change.
